RAKEZ made us loose tons of money and nobody cares for your business. Be aware of the big cheaters of RAKEZ Ras al Khaimah Free Zone!!

@myrakez that we cannot start the deregistration process until we have received the new license for our company, in order to transfer our inventory and then we receive the clearance letter from customs. Without the clearance letter from customs RAKEZ doesn't accept to even submit the

Also the customs department manager told us, he only can give us the clearance letter, after our inventory has moved to our new company.

RAKZES Free Zone still locks our warehouse until today. They don't understand

Really nobody cares until today. They want us to follow the reregistration process for the warehouse company.

But we cannot deregister the company because we have to

@myrakez information than the sales woman told us before. By 3rd week of November 2018 we agreed on the land and we paid in advance the money waiting for our new license to come.
Now on 13th January we are still waiting for the new license!

In the meantime RAKEZ took over our warehouse

@myrakez Therefore we had to cancel our existing license for warehouse and make a new registration. During that process one of the RAKZE sales manager left the company without informing us. One month later someone new took over our case and presented us with completely new and different

@myrakez KEEP AWAY FROM RAKEZ! We are german company and we have very very bad experience with RAKEZ. Since 2012 we are in RAKEZ FreeZone and last year we wanted to expand our business with a factory in Al Hulaila Free Zone. They told us that we get 25% discount on the land as a promotion
