@TMobileHelp Thanks. Obviously social media isn’t the best option. But when T-Mobile/metronet won’t answer phone, text, chat, there’s not much other choice. Just absolute failure of customer serviceservice. Sure things break - send a text or email. It isn’t hard

Hey @TMobileHelp might need to send some help over to Metronet. Internet went out 90 min ago. No notifications of service outage. Their text support and chat support both return “No CSR available” errors. Phone support never gets answered. Can you do a wellness check on them?

@TMobileHelp Sure, but no response in 2.5hours. Would be nice to know Metronet knows it’s down and is working on it. Just a basic acknowledgement by someone other than an AI assistant would be the basic level of service here
