got a sent a link to get a small refund and it got rejected. I spend 400 a week on travel with SWR and the email just said ..unsuccessful. 😂😂😂😂😂

@semjared @SW_Help They take the ones with broken aircon out of service if it’s unbearable and blame it one the weather. Rather than fixing the broken aircon on carriages. As we know they don’t have windows you can open anymore so dependant on the MVHR

@McDonaldsUK we had a McDonald’s meal twice last month, one from branksome and one from Bournemouth. Drinks were flat as a pancake from both places and the food from branksome was stone cold. Over £60 spent. Shite service!
