God, please let me have a job that doesn’t take away my spark for life. A job that still lets me appreciate the wind blowing through the trees, that doesn’t leave me so exhausted I can’t even scramble some eggs for dinner when I get home.
spent too much time at work using my brain cells that I just wanna spend my weekend lying in bed and scrolling endlessly. some people say that it’s “a waste of time”, I call that corporate trauma recovery.

I know a lot, but let me tell you two:
1. If the job is seriously affecting your health, you’re constantly sad, stressed, snapping at your friends and family, withdrawing from people, and generally becoming a version of yourself you don’t recognise.
2. If you’ve stopped learning, you’ve outgrown the role, there’s no room for meaningful growth, and there’s a better opportunity waiting for you.
Working five days a week is wrecking my life. I hate squeezing my entire life into a two-day weekend because I’m too exhausted to do anything after work. I can’t believe this is considered “normal.”
