@AdmiralUK please understand this. Just like you need to verify we are the account holder before discussing the account, customers need to verify if the customer service agent is genuine. ID Verification works both ways

@UKVIgovuk works with @ecctis to certify English proficiency. But why does the existence of additional language modules nullify your knowledge of English. Theoretically having 99 modules in English + additional module learning a regional language doesn’t make you forget English

Somewhat ignorant if you’re working with foreign countries some of which mandate having compulsory language modules. This is far from the inclusive culture you seem to try and foster
