Such statements frm a bureaucrat & to truly represent & harness potential of PwDs, rather now underscore a proposal to 've nominated members in the Rajya/Lok Sabha & thus strengthening such reservations

Very inception of quotas was 4 representation in assemblies (a public service) to address - backwards being considered mentally unfit. Quota ensured that individuals frm those com, when elected/appntd ‘ld advocate & now ultimately stereotype and led untouchability r eradicated

Complaints by cardholders were raised since 2018. This reflects the deliberate hindrance @IRCTCofficial to evade subsidised tickets. (since, due to inaccessibility, PwDs are dependent on the e-ticketing system)

IRCTC application fails to provide concession to cardholders of 'Railway identity card for a PwD' even after the card acceptance in the app. However, while booking journey tickets through counter facility (offline mode) with the same card, the concession is available.
