@zzaaarrrra Did you request special entrance for disabled guests? They were supposed to open the entrance at 5 but only opened at 17:50. The entrance is where the wheelchair parking is, Rue du disque.

🐻 We feel really grateful for your welcoming hearts, but we'd like you to refrain from coming to the hotel if possible. We don't really want to share where we're staying and it affects our condition for the concert and so we make this request of you. And as we go on our tour, it's really important to us to be able to try out delicious restaurants, walk along streets, and comfortably enjoy those countries. I hope there won't be any more times when you come to our hotels. We ask for your understanding!
