ADHD: DO SOMETHING

ADHD: No, too much energy
Me: So what then?
ADHD: IDK JUST DO SOMETHING RIGHT NOW NOW NOW
Imagine not being able to do tiny things without feeling sick. Dancing to music? Now you're sleepy. Reaching for something on a high shelf? Now you're dizzy. Went to get groceries? Now you're achy. Sent an email? Now you're exhausted. That's what being chronically ill is like.
Spoke to property manager. Told to submit written maintenance request to super's (unattended) office in our complex. She'll get in touch with super who will follow up with me. So now my brain won't let me do anything except sit here and WAIT!
Did i mention im in a ME/CFS crash?!
Making phone calls is a neurodiverent nightmare for me. My toilet is broken so i call the super. Neither number works. Call head office, get new number. Doesnt work. Call office again, talk to new person.
