I am feeling so proud of myself for being so damn productive this evening! 👏🏻👏🏻 Gotta really take in these moments because they don’t last that long. 😄 #feelingproductive#goodnight
This is my life, every single shift. We are hurting and we are tired and we are trying so hard to keep you alive. We don’t have staff just like we don’t have energy. It’s been a very long 18 months. Please, please get vaccinated.
People refusing the vaccine used to break my heart… Now, it just breaks my brain.
The risks from COVID are infinitely worse than any vaccine side effects – yet people still insist the vaccine “isn’t safe.”

Having said that- I am all for better quality masks if that’s the argument. All masks help. Some masks clearly work better.
Get good masks, get vaccinated, get tested.
The thing that really gets me is when someone says they won’t wear a mask because the virus (0.1 micron but generally attached to a bigger droplet) will get through anyway but is also concerned about fainting from C02 molecules (0.00033 microns) not passing through the same mask.
The COVID-19 vaccines are safe, free, and highly effective – but even highly effective vaccines experience a reduction in protection over time. Today the CDC is announcing new planning for booster shots to protect people and families and stay ahead of the curve on COVID-19.
