FEMA PA obligation jumps 72% ($596.7M) for week ending 6/27. Three obligations took $1,112M (78%) of total: LA DR 4484 @ $606M; NY DR 4480 @ $415M and WI DR 4520 @$91M. Leftover for the other state DRs $307M
