THE TRUTH NOBODY’S GOT THE GUTS TO TELL YOU:
1. Let’s be real, most people ain’t cheering for your win. They’re waiting for you to tap out.
2. Some of these “supporters”? They’re not rooting for you, they’re riding your coattails. Stay close, take notes, never actually help.
3. Here’s the move: stop reacting. Every time you stay calm, you’re winning and they don’t even know it.
4. People don’t want truth, they want comfort. Facts don’t change minds, feelings do, that’s just how it is.
5. You set a boundary, somebody’s gonna cry about it. That’s not your problem. That’s proof it was needed.
6. You level up, don’t expect a parade. Some folks disappear, good. That’s the tax you pay for growth.
7. Bottom line: you don’t lose people, you outgrow them. They stayed the same. You didn’t. End of story.
KID ROCK: “There’s a book that’s sitting in your house somewhere that could use some dusting off. There’s a man who died for all our sins hanging from the cross. You can give your life to Jesus, and he’ll give you a second chance…”
CHILLS ✝️🙏🏻
Nico traded our franchise mega star in the middle of the night for some bullshit (which has been regarded as the worst trade in sports history)
He drove away our franchise legend Dirk Nowitzki
Fired Casey Smith who was visiting his gravely ill mother
This rat broke up a finals team and set this franchise back years for his own ego.
There is so sympathy for him, fire him and slam the door on his way out.
Poker players used to want to hide how good they were so they could get action, and many cash game players still do.
Tourney players are different, and wanting to be seen as a winner feeds the ego.
Tourney players seek validation while most cash game players seek money.
“I play for money. My kids eat” -Joey Knish
Why else would you care what people thought of your game, if not for ego?
Wouldn’t it be financially beneficial to you to be underestimated?
Why would you care if people thought you were a loser?
It’s ego.
The more fragile your ego, the more you care.
And I say this from personal experience as a tourney player for three decades.
In my 20’s I cared too much about what others thought, to my own detriment.
In my 30’s I didn’t think I cared as much, but I still did.
Once you enter your 40’s and beyond, hopefully you get past that and gain the freedom of not caring at all what others think about your play.
With age comes wisdom.
If I said to you, “I think you are a losing player” and it bothers you, ask yourself why?
Why do you care?
Why does it trigger you?
If you take a deep look at the “why”, you will likely find some deep seeded insecurity and/or imposter syndrome.

One of the things I admired most about Vanessa Selbst was she was fearless and made plays her peers may mock; but she never conformed.
She did her own thing, and while some of her peers did mock her, she just kept winning.

Phil Ivey has never said he was the GOAT at any point- his peers did.
He didn’t play for validation, he played to break you mentally and win all the money.

It’s been 4 days since Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
No riots.
No cities burned.
Conservatives mourn
The Left destroys
This is a reflection of what Charlie stood for:
Love over hate.
Faith over fear.
The future of 🇺🇸 looks bright if these values become popular again.
Charlie Kirk's organization was just labeled a hate group along with the Klan. The left is instigating violence. They are doing everything they can up to the point openly calling for it. This is demonic. They are culpable.
