@rileighsmirl The first week I took my meds it was like I finally got the right glasses. The world was the same but fundamentally different. I still have anxiety and depression and I still see a therapist and I still have bad moments. But they don't control me anymore.

this! is! very! important! I have a minimal platform here in the twitterverse but with what I do have I want everyone I know to help me destigmatize taking medication for your mental health!! I take an antidepressant/anti-anxiety medication that has made my life IMMENSELY better!
