I’ve been a loyal Jio customer for years, and this is how I’m being treated. I have screenshots to prove I was on Wi-Fi and not using mobile data. This is unacceptable, and I demand immediate resolution. #Jio #JioCare #JioSupport

Despite that, I was being charged for data usage for 4-5 consecutive days. I even turned off cellular data completely, but charges continued. Even when I wanted to use roaming (for which I had recharged), I was blocked and unable to use it.

After that, I got a new SIM and was connected to Wi-Fi only. I was not using Jio for calls or data at all.

When I traveled internationally, I took the roaming pack — I know how it works, it’s not my first time traveling. I used it for 3-4 days, and immediately paid the bill (₹3000) for that usage.

As a woman creator, I’m being harassed on this platform.
A user stole my original video, added misogynistic commentary, and used it to publicly shame me — without consent.

This is targeted harassment + copyright violation.
