Granola:
-Don't: include dried fruit during baking (seems obvious but some recipes do). Just stir it in at the end
-Don't: bake at normal 180C/350F. The syrupy mixture burns easily.
-Do: use salt. 1/8 or 1/4 tsp adds a nice salty contrast to the sweetness akin to salted caramel

Chickpea Tuna Mayo Sandwich prep 😋
- Mash one tin of chickpeas.
- Mix in sweetcorn, red onion, vegan mayo, a little ketchup, lemon juice, salt, celery salt, black pepper. I like a few drops of Tabasco too!
