We delayed app submission because we found a reconciliation bug that could wrongly suspend customer accounts. Shipping late is painful. Shipping financial inconsistency is worse.
Just as people can have different perspectives about an issue, customers can also have different perspectives about a product.
One customer calls your product “simple.”
Another calls it “limited.”
One says your onboarding is “fast.”
Another says it feels “rushed.”

A liar hides the truth with lies.
But the more dangerous one hides lies inside the truth.
They give you just enough to believe,
and leave out just enough to control what you believe.
People don’t usually “wake up evil.”
They drift. They rationalize.
They compromise a little, then a little more, until they’re far from who they thought they were.
@ScottiePippen One win doesn’t erase losses, it just lights the path forward.
Real growth comes from stacking wins after setbacks, not pretending one spark cancels the fire.
