#aerlingus So near, yet so far. 10:50 flight today from Lisbon to Dublin. Flight was fine. 45 minute wait for baggage at Dublin airport with no staff to speak to, completely unacceptable. I will not suffer this again, will choose an alternative, more efficient airline.

@British_Airways 15:00 flight 502 to Lisbon delayed. Adverse weather is acceptable, a staff member not bothering to turn up for work is not acceptable! Pathetic. Glad I don't have to use your services now that i live overseas. And will avoid you on my next trip to London.
