@charliebilello Does anyone realize the unemployment rate is 4.1%? People don’t want to work because they make money from day trading and betting or living off parents and/or spouse. Unemployment is affecting a small percentage of population whereas inflation affects everyone!
@StealthQE4 A large part of the problem is the federal reserve whose #1 mandate became keeping asset prices high. By taking away risks, more and more gamble in the stock markets with continuous positive feedback loop leading to more and more greed.
@rev_cap Inflation for the poor and middle class is #1 reason for rise of DSA. It widens income inequality. The rich benefits from rise in asset prices, cheapening inflation, but not true for those who don’t own assets like young adults and poor. Revolutions start that way.
@jeffreytucker Such short memory!! There was initial need for vaccines- millions died and the morgues outside of hospital. Propane businesses loved all the federal subsidies and not have to work but stayed home!! It was keeping the restrictions too long and booster shots!!!
@jeffreytucker I didn’t understand why booster doses were given after 6 months when there was evidence that the omicron variant was more like the common cold, people still had antibodies and natural immunity had to be better than vaccines. Blue states were ruled by insane people
@carolecadwalla@Unbranded63 Has anyone noticed Google Maps has deteriorated, and does not give you the fastest or best routes anymore? Feels like Google doesn’t care anymore and has become evil in its pursuit of money
@StealthQE4 He told everyone that inflation is a choice and he is making the choice to keep inflation high. He has decided to rollover and let inflation fly
@financialjuice What you do and what you say are the exact opposite. The entire US government now lies and lies to to the people because they think we are dumb
@wallstengine Wasted time when you spend hours at looking and doing nothing. Telescope out and see the inflation eating at us like zombies. They are looking at small moments of time instead of the 5 yr timeframe where they did not tackle inflation. We are heading towards socialism
@financialjuice Wow, he does not understand the word inertia. The meetings have come back with nothing and they are stuck in a state of ennui. Maybe he understands ennui better
@EconguyRosie I guess you only live in the world of making money in the stock markets. The federal reserve has not kept its 2% mandate for 5 years. Have you looked at your grocery bills, rent, property tax, fuel, car repairs, streaming services, concert tickets, auto insurance, airline ticket
