@IndiGo6E Hello, i have a booking on 17th september with PNR : W71DMV two adults and one 22 months kid. We were travelling to leh from delhi, problem is that when we visited doctor for my kid vaccination doctor prescribed not to go on high altitude place like leh.

So we want to cancel the trip, but customer care told they will refund only 40% of our flight tickets price.Looking at our situation i requst to reduce the cancellation fees or to refund complete amount as indigo points so that we can book indigo flight wid different destination
