My concern is wrt refund policy of ongoing series. I had bought 3 tickets for day 4 while the match got over on day 3 . Why should there be no refund as not a single ball being bowled.I had multiple discussions already.This is grossly unfair #REFUND @BCCI @insider_in_ @JayShah

Only got the ticket for Day 4 of the IND vs NZ test match in Pune. How is that linked to entire 5 days? Then I should have had the right to enter the stadium on any day then with that logic! @insider_in_ @Paytmcare @BCCI needs to issue refund to all fans who got Day 4&5 tickets

Response I got- Kindly be advised that this is a 5-day test match. Refunds will not be entertained if the match is completed within the stipulated 5-day period #unfairrule . This is what we do with folks hard earned money👍
