@cgidubai No response on the contact given. We are stranded in Dubai for last three days. Have tried to contact the authorities. Hotels are charging increased prices & we are suppose to pay them immediately for extension. Flights are available but still we have been rebooked on 5th March!

@PR3MNT @EmiratesSupport We are having similar issue where we had booked via agents. There is no way to know even what queue we are in for the rebooking. Over DMs, we are being told that flights are booked for today and tomorrow. No prioritisation for people who have booked via agents. Need clarity.
