@PMOIndia @narendramodi I am aahamed of what supreme court is doing for Delhi ncr dogs. I am a dog mom and a disabled too but no stray dog harms me. 1 or 2 cases and you play with millions of lives. The ecosystem doesn't prevail like this.. sterilize them and vaccinate them .
