@YogeshCBhosale1 @XpressBees_IN @ShiprocketIndia Lol same happened with me, my package was opened products stolen and sealed with @FedExIndia seal, when complained they took days to investigate & says the package was delivered as same as how it was pickedup. Let's find another app guys.

Applause to @FedExIndia I had sent a package to someone via @ShiprocketIndia with FedEx as courier partners,the package was opened and products were stolen and fedex guys sealed it with FedEx tape and delivered it. WOW

@ShiprocketIndia OH REALLY? IF this is true I did not seal my package with fedex seal, where did the fedex seal came from why was my package opened?I have sent all images,videos and it's clear my outer package has been opened & products are stollen, you guys don't wanna accept your carelessness.

@ShiprocketIndia I had already informed the shiprocket team and 10 days has been passed of investigation and I was promised that the shiprocket team will get back to me today but No updates.

@ShiprocketIndia. I started using shiprocket and it's been just a month & I already have 3 complaints. One of my parcels from @XpressBees_IN partners was not delivered to my customer but handed over to 1 year guard's kid and still the @ShiprocketIndia is investigating from days.

@XpressBees_IN I had complained regarding this issue 10 days back to the @ShiprocketIndia customer care and No updates were given to me. The parcel is not delivered yet.
