Please look into this @anandmahindra - its a horrible brand image that your teams are creating with this! And I believe members deserve better for paying such premiums upfront - shoddy service is absolutely unacceptable for this!

My luggage was misplaced & not sent on the next flight despite bad weather warnings in Chennai. Now it’s been over 12 hrs, & my luggage is suddenly in Bangalore.Your customer service gives no updates on when I’ll get it. As a loyal member, I expected better.
