配置 Claude Code 的 LSP Plugin 时遇到问题，官方 2.0.74+ 支持 LSP，但实际使用一直报错 "LSP for typescript-lsp failed"，排查发现是一个已知未修复 bug：LSP Manager 在 LSP Plugin 加载完成前就初始化，导致没有 LSP server 注册。社区方案可用：https://t.co/VZsLbq0PT2
