Have you worried about your digital well-being?

Digital well-being is about how much technology is helping us, how we feel using technology, our digital social life, and how much it is distracting us from the important things.

Communicating in the metaverse can work better than a video call, a voice call or a chat, undoubtedly the amount of tools it offers us, allows us to carry out more agile and effective conversations by showing all the elements you need to explain or carry perform an action.

If we use the metaverse to our advantage, maintaining a balance between virtual reality and life outside of there, we will see great steps towards a better planet #Metaverse #VirtualReality #ClimateCrisis
