@Towny1970 @UKMTB_Chat @PeeTee456C I’ve done a few big/epic rides quite recently, I think the constant leg spin no matter what the climbing is always going to be a challenge, 153 miles was a long day on the saddle 12 hours of peddling !!

Got fatty back today after a workshop visit for a check over and new rear mech, can’t wait to get some miles in on her after a short ride home !!
