@DGCAIndia @airindia Trivandrum airport ground crew demanded extra money 4 one hand-baggage for 3 pax (2 of them @79 & 73 yrs old) at 12kgs on the ground of safety. Totally unfathomable as to how money can cure safety defect especially when we are entitled for 21 kgs in total.
