@TBLxFactorise @coolcoder56 Correlation ≠ causation. HFT hiring isn’t about the IIT tag. It’s a selection effect. IITs just have a higher concentration of people who can clear extremely hard coding rounds. Same companies came to my college, almost no one cleared. It’s skill, not the badge.
