Today, a UPS Location inside a hotel on Paradise (Las Vegas) tried to charge me $5 per refund. She said Whole Foods returns don't charge. But Whole Foods is not convenient for me

"you've been charged"
Returns at UPS w label @amazon saying they didn't receive & re-charging u mos later. I just found 15 of 17 charges back on my card.

Over $500 in charges. I called @amazon they easily could see that all 17 items had been returned. 2 of them they had already re-issued a credit.
All 17 were returned under the time limit.

4. spent time & effort trying to ressolve. Very frustrating. Shouldn't be this hard to communicate or report issues.

When I submit this issue in app. It says the charge is valid & there's nothing I can do.

I'm sure you can review location 2 confirm I wasnt picked up.

#3 Additionally, I had to book another ride using my friends phone and then the prices were double or surged. We also had to wait longer.
I'd have been fine if I could have resolved this easily at the time of the issue

@fema FYI, So far I've received 3 alerts. All in Spanish. I don't speak or read Spanish. A second cell phone in my home has received 1 alert but it was in English.

Ordered VGK jersey & USPS rejected USPS stated insufficient address but DHL & Fanatics confirm correct addy. Item is no longer available. @Fanatics customer service has informed me there is nothing they can do. I'll be refunded. but they can't re-sell it to me. Unacceptable
