Amy Adams says she saved a stabbing victim’s life using skills she learned from the short-lived CBS medical drama “Dr. Vegas.”
Adams said she and her family were the “first people on the scene” after leaving their “favorite” Santa Monica restaurant. “These people were screaming and a guy was walking and they were yelling, ‘He’s dying!’ And my husband’s like, ‘That’s blood!’” Adams recalled. “He was bleeding and his friends were freaking out."
Adams said she stayed “focused” in the moment, using beach towels to apply pressure and stop the bleeding. She also told the victim, “The more you struggle, the faster you’re going to bleed. Just lay down" — advice she learned from “Dr. Vegas.”

when kirsten dunst embarks on money-making sequels, it is an act of courage. an act of resistance. a selfless journey to secure her posterity’s survival. when david fincher does shit like this, he’s washed. a sellout. a corporate bootlicker. ted sarandos’s shih tzu.
Sofia Coppola has shelved the film she was developing with Kirsten Dunst attached to star.
“It felt too sad. It’s confusing in these dark times. I want to offer some hope and beauty in the world.”
