I installed the AirFiber on June 10. On the same day, it stopped working. So, I raised a complaint with Jio on June 12, 2024, but my issue has not been resolved. Kindly do the needful or uninstall the device and process a refund.

@JioCare Without visiting the customer location, the issue has been closed. None of them have visited my location to resolve the issue, not even once. I have not used Wi-Fi since the installation date due to such poor service. This is very frustrating. @JioCare #poorservice
