I DARE YOU to cast a television actress as the lead of a major film. Not as a gimmick. Not as a supporting character. As the face of the story.

Step outside the comfort of your surnames, camps, bloodlines and recycled choices. There is an entire pool of talent waiting outside your cocoon.

Where else are you going to find performers who can carry hundreds of episodes, hold an audience for years, deliver powerful performances daily, and still possess a face card that could stop traffic?

Stop offering TV actors token roles, side characters, or casting them only when convenient. Give them stories. Give them substance. Give them women-centric films. Give them opportunities that aren't designed to exploit their popularity but to showcase their talent.
