Amazon support was absolutely no help. They could only quote the shipping to alaska policy and wouldn’t even look into why we’re all of a sudden having shipping issues. The “best answer we can offer” isn’t good enough.
@amazon We really rely on you in rural Alaska to get things we can’t get locally. It’s frustrating to watch prime items that say in stock sit in your warehouse and just never ship. Especially when we all pay for prime!!! You are a lifeline for us and you’re letting us down.
Dear @ATT, it’s 2021. It’s possible for husbands and wives to both be first responders. Please fix it so we can be on the same plan and have first net. It’s archaic to think just the man of the house would need it.

Added you guys. Finally got through and was told to do a repair request online. I’m copying the serial number on my VR down exactly and it’s telling me it’s invalid.

@AskPlayStation My VR headset keeps shutting off on its own. I tried everything on your website, tried to do a repair request but it said I had an invalid serial no. I tried to call and apparently you just aren’t taking support calls right now.
Do NOT order from @XtratufBoots website! They’ll send you two left feet and then not be able to figure out how to get you a return label. Which they won’t send a new pair until they have the two lefts...
