The patience of a saint is apparently a minimum requirement for dealing with @webafrica support…
Six hours just to log a fault yesterday, and now well over an hour simply to ask how it’s going. Progress, of a sort.
Something for @seannourse to ponder: apparently, you can’t build an ISP with zero support… but you can get impressively close.
You have sufficient technicians in the area who can simply check the sites themselves, form their own assessment of the dead zones, contention, or faults, and resolve this. We truly value your service in KwaZulu-Natal and ask for your urgent attention. #VodacomCoverage
@Vodacom, we are experiencing significant signal issues in the Mount Richmond, Sheffield Beach area (extending to Salt Rock and Tiffany's). Coverage is minimal, with very limited or no data throughput in this vicinity. This has affected reliability for residents and visitors. 🧵

@Clicks_SA Understood about the app/website being a separate entity (albeit the same brand).
This branch repeatedly has discrepancies between shelve price shelf and scanned one prices . it's almost methodical, makes you wonder :)
Getting really frustrating with the New Salt Rock @Clicks_SA... Consistently the price at the till differs from the one on the shelves or even online. (Their response for the picture below: "then buy online ...")
