Some of the world’s biggest fortunes were built by minds that never thought like everyone else.
Neurodivergence isn’t outside the system.
It’s often what rewrites it.
$divergent
pretty crazy how many of the most iconic builders, athletes, and creatives in history were told their brain didn't work right.
we got inspired by this idea from Alex Karp of @PalantirTech and built a whole series around it called 'Neurodivergent'.
the goal behind this series is to show that the traits society tried to medicate, suppress, or fix were usually the exact traits that made these people impossible to ignore.

Palantir CEO Alex Karp: "Are we really gonna outsource the battlefield of this country to the consensus view in Silicon Valley? That is f'n insane ... it gets outsourced to the neurodivergent crazy person that apparently is on drugs -- the one thing I don't do."
Alex Karp: "Everybody's worried about their future, but there are basically two ways to know you have a future."
"One, you have some vocational training, or two, you're neurodivergent. And when I say 'neurodivergent,' I mean broadly defined."
"It's really an inversion [for people] with the 'normal-shaped skills'... Meaning the thing they can do that used to be valuable is not so valuable."
"The thing they need to learn to do is be more of an artist, look at things from a different direction, be able to build something unique."
