I always smile at the guards of my office complex and ask about their well-being. Sometime back I was going through a tough time and I unconsciously stopped doing that. Then one fine day I realised that I have not been even acknowledging their presence.

Justice Denied Since 1988 - When will the system wake up? 😔
A heartbreaking video from Maihar, Madhya Pradesh, has left social media users emotional and angry. Mr. Tripathi, an elderly man, claims he has been fighting since 1988 against the alleged illegal encroachment of his land.
For nearly 38 years, he says he has been running from one government office to another, yet his case remains unresolved.
The incident has reignited concerns about corruption, bureaucratic delays, and the struggles faced by common citizens in India's justice system.
If I ever had power, the first thing I would do is make Civic Sense a compulsory subject in schools from LKG to 12th standard.
The subject would include:
> how littering harms country & environment
> waste segregation (dry, wet, hazardous)
> how garbage impacts tourism
> conditions of our rivers
> respecting public property & queue etiquette
> different recycling methods & projects
> school cleanup drives
The idea is to instill in children that not just their home, but the whole country is theirs. And keeping it clean is their responsibility !
This is Himani Sharma, who has been living in Germany for the last 4 years.
She said:
"Life slows down in Europe after 6 p.m. Work is over, and people actually go back to living their lives.
But when I was in India and met friends, they were still mentally at work, checking their phones, replying to messages, eating quickly, and then leaving.
But in Europe, people sit in cafes for hours, sipping one drink slowly, having deep conversations, enjoying the weather, ordering a little food, and simply spending time with each other. Nobody is constantly on their phone."
I 100% agree with Himani. Personal life matters.
But in India, we have people like Narayana Murthy, who enjoy vacations with their families but want people to work 70-72 hours a week.
@IndiGo6E cancelled the flight, offered no alternate and now only willing to refund only 10% of total fair
Just harrassing and stealing from customers.

More changes are on the way.
Working with Indian clients and foreign clients is a full spectrum.
Both get agitated, frustrated. But the latter doesn't yell, shout, scream. The former does.
Currently working with 50 + locations globally and the way they communicate their frustration is something I am going to learn and imbibe in both personal and professional life.
No disrespect, no high pitch, only right choice of words
