I want my complete refund back as I am not going to bare this loss and customer should have the right to cancel his ticket whenever he wants to. Its not I am demanding to cancel it before few hours. I need my refund back.
@redBus_in@prakashsangam What kind of policy is this. If there are changes in plan, i just get one chance ti reschedule my journey after which I cannot reschedule it neither I can cancel my ticket which is on 8th Jan i.e so not within 24 to 48 for 100% cancellation charge !!!!!

@Olacabs@ola_supports I have already done a payment direct to the driver of rs900 on November 2, 2024 inspite of showing less amount in app. Now the app shows the payment is pending and there is no customer service to support either. Driver rcvd payment.

@dominos_india@dominos I just placed an order from your application and once the payment is done the app shows payment failed and boom no active orders present. And now im starving and my money is deducted as well. Great work !
