@Fifty_ShadesOfD @Lblaeyz21 @TreyYingst To call them cowards is a miscalculation. It is actually very strategic. They know what international law states, so they use it against aggressors. They just never expected the world to say that civilian casualties are acceptable. The tactic is definitely reprehensible though.
