@katewillaert Yeah, I got the exact same impression from the constant bringing up the movies without a single word about the comic strip.
Frankly any second spend thinking about that article is a second wasted (and likely more thought that went into the article itself). :P
@katewillaert "Let's Jedi-train this Skywalker so she can stop the other two that turned to the Dark Side immediately after being Jedi-trained. What could possibly go wrong?". :)
(Daily reminder that Luke in TLJ was 100% correct and Force training has a worse overall record than nukes).
@katewillaert It's probably not a coincidence that one of the games I feel are most influential to me now (even though I played it during my late 30s) is FTL, which helped distract me from excruciating dry socket pain at the time.
@katewillaert Perhaps it's because we only have so many slots for "core memories" (to borrow the term from Inside Out), and most of us fill them all up by our teens. It's probably more about the memory of deeply enjoying the thing, than about the thing itself.
@tha_rami Exactly like you, I completely gave up on SW after RoS. I keep hearing good things about Andor (also helps that Rogue One was the best SW movie this century), but I'm not sure I want to get invested in SW again... :/
[WIP] When the last enemy / building / boss in a stage is destroyed, the screen flashes and freezes for a moment, and a "schwing" sound is played.
To compensate, the "stage complete" text is now shown *during* the enemy's dying animation, instead of after.

@tha_rami @Gwynbleidd____ Devs thus have every incentive to keep a low profile, and little to be public and transparent about their work. They will still be criticized for not being transparent (damned if you do, etc.), but this will go towards this nebulous "devs" rather than their personal accounts.
@tha_rami @Gwynbleidd____ Not bothering to separate responsabilities ultimately results in the most visible person (the game's director, the community manager, etc.) getting blamed for funding and publishing decisions they had nothing to do with.
@namioshiro @1984tnite @AnnaHensington@weirdlilguys To be precise, it will not see *this* specific small critter as food; all bets are off if they come across another one. :D
Cats don't conceptualize by species, like we do; they just categorize this one hamster as "family member" because they've seen you treat him as such.
