@laacz LMT vakancēs neviena sludinājuma virs 4.7k.. arī kur ir “senior” vai “vecākais”. PS - nemēģinu strīdēties. Vnk pieturos pie statistikas/cipariem. Un minimāla/nedaudz virs junioriem nav izņēmums - kāpēc lai maksat viņiem vairāk? Pirmo gadu un pat vairāk tāpat mīnusā busi. Risks.

@qweikeris @PovilasKorop Because of shadow economy. There is no other reason why you would count after tax or say in a conversation - noticed this tons of times. If someone says after tax = he earns only part of it officially (pays taxes).

@PovilasKorop Im almost certain that those are shadow numbers, meaning part is paid in cash unofficially (without taxes). Those are insane numbers for web dev post taxes if paid in full. To get 3.9k after taxes you have to make more than 8k just to get even. It’s just impossible.

@CliffDisgusting @ivansystema @SawyerMerritt @elonmusk Don’t even need B2B contract. Just ask to pay one sum officially and other part in cash. I would say at least 60%-70% of private companies work(-ed) that way. Just gotta be smart and calculate everything correctly so that you are in profit and not the company.

@CliffDisgusting @ivansystema @SawyerMerritt @elonmusk Yup.. mostly partly - just enough officially to not cause any suspicions. The taxes here are just too high (~45%). In LT this is the most obvious. Not so much in EE though.
