Your agent Faizal charged me a suspension fee for delay of payment. We were sent no emails regarding the same. He threatened to give away my child’s stem cell. After we paid it off. He has agreed to a waiver. Now refuses to give us a refund.

Ship delayed by 12 hours. Queues for food. Cold food, bad and rude staff. Cut short our stop at Kochi. 4 hours waiting to and fro lakshwadeep island. No food arrangement for the delay. Our small kids were hungry and tired.
No internet for most part of the cruise inspire of paying for it. No intimation of time to disembark. We were suddenly told to vacate our rooms at 8 am today.
@CostaCruises our booking no 31052510. Cruise bom to lakshwadeep delayed by 12 hours. We are traveling with 2 small kids. Delay has caused major inconvenience and distress. The compensation of 40 euro is negligible and does not make up for our loss of time on Xmas eve.
