Supreme Court refuses to hear the case so mandates are back! If a state health official has reasonable belief a vaccine can save lives, they can mandate the vaccine no matter how deadly the vaccine actually is.

The Supreme Court just delivered a massive blow to health freedom.

“This should frighten us all.”

“The system is not going to protect us.”

Here’s what happened:

A federal court quietly delivered one of the most terrifying rulings ever last year.

The Ninth Circuit Court said the government can force any medical intervention on you.

With no evidence or judicial review.

This is the backstory:

In 2021, we filed a lawsuit against the Los Angeles Unified School District over their Covid-19 vaccine mandates alongside California Educators for Medical Freedom and several individual plaintiffs.

In July 2025, the Ninth Circuit Court ruled against us.

They said that as long as authorities say a mandate is for “public health,” then the courts shouldn’t question them.

And that it didn’t matter whether or not the Covid shots actually worked.

All that matters is that authorities said they did.

So we petitioned the Supreme Court to review this egregious and unprecedented ruling.

But today, the Supreme Court officially denied our petition.

HFDF President Leslie Manookian:

“This means that the Ninth Circuit’s egregious ruling—that it doesn’t matter whether a shot stops transmission or infection, all that matters is that a state official could have believed a shot would help individual members of the public—will stand.”

“And it’s now precedent in the largest circuit in the United States.”

“It’s up to us, the people … to refuse to ever obey a mandate from authority again.”

In 2025, Idaho’s Medical Freedom Act outlawed almost all medical mandates.

This year, multiple state legislatures have already passed similar laws to outlaw medical mandates.

And similar laws are advancing through state committees in more states.

WATCH: Explosive testimony from former chief toxicologist for Pfizer Europe before a recent German Parliamentary Committee; explains why the Pfizer vaccine should never have been released to the public and says its likely 60,000 people have died from the vaccine in Germany.

Dr. Sterz, former chief toxicologist for Pfizer Europe, testified before a March 19th, 2026 German Parliamentary Committee that the approval process for the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine was dangerously rushed and bypassed fundamental safety standards. He testified that carcinogenicity studies which are tests designed to determine if a substance has the potential to cause cancer were entirely omitted due to time constraints and that reproductive toxicity tests in rats were too poorly executed to provide reliable data on pregnancy or fetal development. According to his testimony, the fast track process effectively sacrificed essential toxicity studies without justification, leading him to characterize the subsequent mass vaccination as a form of prohibited human experimentation where injuries were only monitored after the product reached the market.

The testimony highlights severe concerns regarding post marketing data and mortality rates. Dr. Sterz references internal reports citing over 1,200 suspected deaths from the vaccine within just two months of approval and suggests that, due to underreporting factors, the actual death toll in Germany could now be as high as 60,000 from the vaccine. He argues that the vaccine should have been withdrawn immediately upon these findings. Furthermore, he challenges the legal and medical consensus of a positive benefit risk profile, noting that Pfizer’s original clinical development did not focus on preventing severe illness or death. He points to the fact that age adjusted mortality in Germany rose in 2021 and 2022 as evidence that the vaccine did not provide the expected public health benefit.

Finally, Dr. Sterz alleges a significant discrepancy between the vaccine used in clinical trials and the one distributed to the public. He states that while the trial participants received a highly purified substance, the mass produced version was manufactured using E. coli bacteria to save costs. He claims this change resulted in significant contamination with bacterial DNA, which he warns could lead to a substantially increased risk of cancer for those who received the vaccine. Ultimately, he concludes that under proper regulatory procedures, Comirnaty would not have met the requirements for approval.

New Access to Information Request Reveals Hundreds of Canadians Died After COVID-19 Vaccination, Majority Within Two Days or Less From Severe Reactions.

A newly released file under the Access to Information Act provides a detailed breakdown of reports submitted to Canada’s national vaccine safety surveillance system involving deaths that occurred following COVID-19 vaccination.

The 50-page release from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) contains individual level entries drawn from the Canadian Adverse Events Following Immunization Surveillance System (CAEFISS), covering reports recorded between March 1, 2020, and February 12, 2026.

CAEFISS operates as a federal, provincial, and territorial collaboration, combining both passive and active surveillance. Healthcare providers, public health authorities, and, in some cases, patients family members contribute reports.

The records list 314 cases in which an adverse event following immunization (AEFI) was reported with an outcome of death. Each entry includes the vaccine administered, reported symptoms, and the time between vaccination and onset of symptoms.

It is important to note that fewer than 10 percent of vaccine-related adverse events are reported to health authorities, meaning that tens of thousands of cases were likely never documented. In addition, it has become widely known that many doctors feared reprisal if they reported vaccine injuries, which would further distort the true numbers.

The vaccines referenced in the access to information file include those manufactured by Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Moderna (Spikevax), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), and others authorized during the pandemic.

Reported symptoms vary widely and include cardiac events such as myocardial infarction and cardiac arrest, neurological events such as stroke and seizures, and other conditions including respiratory failure, thrombosis, and multi-organ complications.

According to the file, time to onset of reaction ranged from less than a day to several weeks or, in some cases, was listed as unknown. However, the majority of deaths were reported within two days or less.
