Blizzard is pulling off some truly impressive rage bait by celebrating Pride Month with two canon heterosexual in-game relationships ✨complete with carefully illustrated visual novels ✨while representing Pride Month itself with a recycled image from previous years. To make it even worse, they’re glossing over or outright omitting many of the key details that were present before, as if they never existed in the first place.
In honor of Pride Month, we’re diving into the lore of our LGBTQIA+ Heroes! 🌈
Learn more about Tracer, Soldier: 76, and more Heroes in the LGBTQIA+ community with a quick lore refresher in our latest Weekly Recall blog 🏳️🌈

I honestly think the real problem is probably your terrible management. I’ve spent so much time criticizing you that I’m starting to feel guilty about it. But sadly, it’s becoming harder and harder to deny that, outside of a select group of characters with “high profit potential,” you simply don’t care about the game, its content, or its players.
You don’t make changes that benefit the player base unless social media backlash starts threatening your sales. If you’re really that unwilling to put in the effort, then run community events and let the countless talented artists in your community create this kind of content for you. Reusing the same artwork isn’t even the issue here (the artwork itself isn’t what matters) what matters is that you’ve chosen not to put in the effort. It’s laziness.
Let’s be honest, if Kiriko happened to be a lesbian, this page would be overflowing with artwork and skins. You’d probably create a canon relationship event with another in-game character, and if that wasn’t enough, you’d suddenly introduce the first (and probably last) TeamUp POTG system just for it, while promoting it every thirty minutes across all your social media channels. Im not gonna be mad because you want money but i wish you never make this game free to play if things turn out like this …
I don’t get it. You don’t even have to come up with a story or build a world from scratch , everything is already there for you unlike other game studios, you’re not creating something entirely new. the characters, the setting, and the universe are all handed to you. Yet somehow you still manage to produce a game with atrocious visuals, terrible textures, and a combat system that has absolutely no fluidity whatsoever.
Ancient ps games have the benefit of nostalgia, which makes them charming to look at. This, on the other hand, just looks genuinely bad.
The fact that Japanese games have been using the same dull texture work for what feels like an eternity, combined with their persistent inability to translate anime style characters into convincing 3D models, is becoming increasingly noticeable. The most obvious examples of this are Nintendo and the Pokémon games
@PlayOverwatch if you guys trying to fail on purpose you are doing it. please stop. worst anniversary and now worst pride, you guys made all straight ships in the pride month like its on purpose, there are plenty of months and days in year and you decide to make random boring canon ships now?
You will never evolve.
Real men pursue meaningful ideals. Whether a game has a male or female protagonist is irrelevant, what matters is that they’re a well written character who fits naturally into the world and story.
You’re not looking to play games you’re looking for cheap wish fulfillment wrapped in shallow storytelling and pornography. You can take your bizarre games full of exaggerated, artificial, airbrushed, edited women and men and enjoy them somewhere else.
You can call me gay for saying this if you want. I will save you the trouble, Im bisexual, and I have more testosterone than you’ll ever need. Go perform your fake version of masculinity somewhere else.
