I ordered a Green Soul Venue Pro Desk (~₹10,000) from Amazon. It has now been delivered damaged three times in a row. This is no longer bad luck—it clearly points to a recurring packaging or quality control issue that is being ignored.

@Greensoulindia @RaviKhushwani Every replacement costs Green Soul money in shipping and logistics while wasting the customer's time and patience. Instead of identifying and fixing the root cause, you're repeatedly sending damaged products and creating losses for yourselves.
