Balance on 29/05/25 was ₹2,989 and today i.e. 02/06/25 it's become ₹-3628
While at smart metre portal it shows 72.19 unit consumed from 29/05-02/06.
How's it possible and there are no one to listen these problems, 1912 helpline number not picking call.@KESCoHQ @UPPCLLKO
