My new phone was to be delivered by 9pm today. The delivery executive denied delivery & said phone exchange is not possible post 9pm. The customer service team says delivery executive is lying. The blame game went on, I didn't get my parcel.

@AmazonHelp I very much spoke the executive multiple times and he clearly refused to deliver it so there is no scope of not being able to reach out or locate the address. Do you want me to share call logs?

Now they are saying they will deliver by 2pm tomorrow. Is the expectation to just sit and tolerate the nonsense #amazon does?

Employers should engage Corporate Credit Card companies who are ACTUALLY interested in selling cards. Eg: The ones who call me daily!
