@LGIndia Urgent escalation: RNP251112019849 , I am not getting much help from regional service team. The first response is good but post that I am continuously taking follow ups and I am not getting any response on WhatsApp or call.

@LGIndia this is regarding RNP251112019849 I would like to know what is the root cause, why OLED screen is failed in just 3 years of usage. The display cost is as good as buying a new TV. The service agent has not explained clearly the failure mode.
