@_Zyravibes not sure what genre you like but i'll suggest you and everything else (2025), it's a netflix original limited series. a realistic story abt two women and how they navigate their love-hate relationship towards eo that spans for 30 years. only 15 episodes!!!
a lot of foreign queer films have massive budgets yet that still doesn't automatically translate to high quality storytelling or directing... anw i can say maraming magagandang indie filipino queer media!!! but yes production-wise could be better if they're just funded
#they rly act like mainstream queer films esp those western ones are always high quality. how can you compare filipino queer media, many of which is made independently w limited budgets, to foreign productions backed by significantly bigger funding and resources?
@cowboyIikelance u cant exclude the space where most filo queer stories are actually being made then complain that filipino queer media is low quality. tanong ka pang " which of those have gotten exposure for its good quality" oo na hindi sila popular but that doesn't make them less of quality???
luh you're asking for mainstream, high-quality queer films whilst dismissing the indie films which keeps the the genre alive. if no one watches and pushes them, what incentive is there for producers to make more? ewan ko sa'yo
@necronugget name 10 filipino queer films that have gotten exposure for its good quality in the past 3 years. and im not talking about your indie shit you and your g@y friends watched we want the sales we want the good quality yall are very eager to push us about
@cowboyIikelance ijbol i know how to read. word your tweets better then instead of saying "indie shit"??? how is that simply being objective. didn't you first say "totoo namang low quality ang queer media sa Philippines." and already want to exclude those indie films when talking abt quality?
Ito yung political ad na nilabas namin nung 2016 campaign pero hinarang ng kampo ni duterte. Ngayon, alam nyo na ang epekto ng isang violent environment sa mga bata.
Jung Somin: “Haein oppa is very loyal. Haein oppa always delicately checks my condition on the set. I was always thankful, and I felt warm. He would say, ‘How do you feel? Did you sleep well? How is your condition?’ He was always so kind to ask. He would do that.”
Kim Go Eun: “He's very genuine. He's very kind and polite. If two people who are considerate of their fellow actors meet as partners, I don't think there's ever an instance in which it won't work. Jung Haein was that kind of actor. We knew that about each other and trusted each other, so when we were filming and found something to be difficult, we helped each other get past it.”
Jisoo: “He was very nice. He took good care of me. It was my first time filming a drama, and I was very nervous. But because of him I got to be more relaxed.”
Y'all can seriously STFU with these “uncomfortable” allegations and acting like he's the vilest person on earth.
The women who have actually worked with him know him far better than random people online ever will. By all accounts, he has always treated his co-stars and colleagues with respect. It's exhausting watching people project false narratives. 🙄😒
