I placed an order last night which was ‘delivered’ 2 miles away from my address and now the ‘help’ section of the App is refusing to explain why I am not eligible for a refund? This is theft and fraud.
@UberEats I ordered over £40 of food last night, the driver dropped the food 2 miles away from my house, refused to answer the phone to explain and now your customer services email address is refusing to refund me or explain why? Please help as I cannot believe this is standard!
@c2c_Rail @Loulabella1977 Convenient. Hopefully the maintenance of the refund form will be resolved quicker than your ability to accept Apple Pay on the app or storing card details on the app - they have been ‘under maintenance’ for about 6 months!

Thanks - I would suggest then that more training is required for some barrier staff as he thought that an error 21 was a ‘known system issue’.
For the record, if I tapped twice it is because the barrier didn’t open after I tapped once.....
@c2c_Rail I have a £4500 season ticket with C2C and today at Laindon I couldn’t get through the barriers!!! I was told the ‘oh yeah, the system has issues’ - what am I supposed to do with this information to get me through the barriers and to work?
@c2c_Rail The error code was 21. The smart code has been loaded for 10 months. The c2c staff member at Laindon seemed to be fully aware of a ‘system issue’ - what is code 21 implying?
