You have to hear the court room antics and then what a legal expert just told me that left me celebrating: 👇

First is what happened in the court room when Judge Engoron gave Donald’s lawyers the news that Donald was RE-GAGGED.

Chris Kise shot back “It's a tragic day for the rule of law.”

Engoron stared him down and quipped, “it is what it is.”

Second, I just handed the Appellate decision to a legal expert and he thinks JAIL is in Donald’s future for some really good reasons.

The admission was buried in her testimony, so the media largely missed it.

As one legal expert said her “jaw dropped” when she found out the family is “robbing Peter to pay Paul.”
